Typical Responsibilities

Contribute to blade defect assessments for wind turbine blades
Support root cause analyses (RCA) of blade failures and damages
Analyze inspection data, reports, and technical documentation
Contribute to structured technical evaluations and reporting
Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects and investigations

Typical Profile

Academic background in Wind Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical field
Strong interest in wind turbine blades
Understanding of blade defects, damage mechanisms, and failure modes
Background related to composite materials
Structured and detail‑oriented working style
Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative
Collaborative team player with clear, professional communication skills to work in a highly international environment
Based in Copenhagen
