Full stack developer (with focus on React)

We specialize in assisting windfarm owners around the world, by leveraging our expertise in wind turbine blades, the understanding of lightning strikes and their impact on wind turbine operations.

Your role is crucial in supporting our experts. Over the years, we’ve developed various internal tools, and you’ll be tasked with their expansion and maintenance. While our code quality is commendable, we initially prioritized speed over perfection, but have since dedicated significant effort to eliminate technical debt. Now, you’re poised to contribute to the enhancement of these tools by introducing new features. 

Our current technical stack 

  • Python with Flask 
  • MySQL database 
  • React frontend 
  • Hosted on google cloud (cloud run – serverless) 
  • GitHub with CD for all our services 

 

Your primary job tasks 

  • Expand and maintain our current React frontends 
  • UI/UX for react 
  • Collaborate with your colleagues on backend development 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate closely with the blade team to deliver wind farm surveillance software solutions and help tackle wind turbine blade issues before they become too expensive to fix! 
  • Work in conjunction with an international group located across multiple locations, providing support to clients worldwide from the US. 

 

Requirements:

  • Independent. You can solve problems and find necessary knowledge on your own. 
  • You understand that client value is of most importance. If they don’t want it – We don’t develop it.  
  • Quality aware.
